Spent the day with my brother on one of these amazing Yamaha bikes on some super fun trails. It was a great experience to explore the forest and test my limits on some pretty challenging terrain. Taylor was a super knowledgeable, passionate dude who just wants everyone to have fun. Really enjoyed chatting with him and he was a big help. I will absolutely do this again when back next year for the annual trip.

I made an hour-long drive to Passion Play from Bentonville, only to have my chain snap within the first 30 minutes of riding. Luckily, I found Taylor through Launchpad on Google and gave him a call. He answered right away and was more than willing to help. Taylor came to the rescue and got me back on the trail so I could continue my ride. Without his generosity, I would have had to pack up and call it a day early. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Huge thanks to Taylor!

One of the best bikes and trails I’ve had the privilege to ride. Taylor was an excellent guide and would match your riding ability exactly. I did the 2 hours and had an absolute blast. If you’re thinking about mountain biking in the Eureka Springs area, give Launchpad a go. You won’t be disappointed.

Great business! I flew in, rented an e-mtb, rode all day on very nice, well maintained local trails, in stupidly good weather. Taylor was friendly, helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. I'll be back.
