My son has had long hair for many years. He has asked to get it cut short for a couple of weeks now. We are new to the area and after my husband went here for a beard and haircut a couple weeks ago, and the great job they did, we decided to take my son here. They did great! Snow was my son's stylist and was so patient and answered my sons questions about the razor and scissors, etc. We love it. My son is showing off his new cut to everyone. Thanks Snow!!

Absolutely professional and a Great atmosphere. Jaron is great gives you the haircut that you want and will make sure you walk out with the cut you desire. The hot towel that's included with the haircut is great and I want expecting it at first. But now it's that little bit extra that makes it great to come get cleaned up. Highly recommend Level Up.

I drove all the way out there for a haircut from a new place. Doesn't accept walk-ins even though they said they would. Wanted me to schedule. They didn't even offer to take me until a scheduled slot. I was hoping for a normal barber. This is not it. I am very disappointed. [p.s to response from owner. It's not considered walk-in if you have to call ahead. Most "Barbershops" are walk-in. Appointments are Salons. You should change your name to Level Up Salon. When someone asks you if you take walk-ins you say no. You do not tell them yes. Then when they come in you tell them sometimes but not today. That is not considered walk-in. That is appointment Salon style! Just words to the wise. I wont be coming back due to the unprofessionalism.]

Cheap beard trims aren't good and good beard trims aren't cheap. I've been going to Level Up for a few years and it is hands down the best shop in the Borough when it comes to trimming larger beards.
