The following is my God honest opinion: This company builds amazing things, but behind the scenes this “Christian company” is really a garden full of snakes and the owner is led by delusions and “visions” from God that ultimately sound like cult idealisms. The company doesn’t take care of their fabricators but gives out hefty bonuses to sales staff for Christmas (word has it in 2024, sales got 6 grand and fabricators got 0$). It’s clear that the things they preach are never intended to actually help the lives of their hard working and very skilled tradesmen (or most people on the payroll for that matter). They’ll do anything to avoid keeping good help and they’ll fire you for reasons that make no sense or are personal to someone but words will never be used to resolve conflict. They have a getaway resort thing and cut checks to help poor people out but it’s all to avoid taxes and it’s all for PR. The entire company is a communication nightmare and it’s honestly shocking that the entire operation hasn’t just collapsed in on itself. I’ve been told they currently face several open lawsuits for wrongful termination and it’s no surprise because it seems like they just don’t care about the people that do the actual work. Whether you have skin cancer, or you just don’t look right one day, the moment someone decides they don’t like you, you’re as good as gone. Doesn’t matter if you actually were really good at your job or not. If anyone were to ask me, this company stopped being worthy of existence the moment the owner began reaching past the people he hired (and should trust) to run this company based on his own personal opinions. Lime only keeps people they believe won’t challenge their facade, and if they suspect you already know what’s behind the curtain, you’re already in the crosshairs. Let’s not overlook the fact that a noticeable amount of people working there were hired as a favor by the owner or because his church buddies asked nicely. There’s no real merit to be earned here because so many people have been given handouts when the rest actually worked to get there. The hard workers will never be valued the same. If you were thinking about working for them, I’d say you shouldn’t. If you were thinking about working with them, I’d say the same.

Just my experience Lime put me on tour for a low rate but a cash per diem that made it somewhat worthwhile. Then posted a job driving an almost exact bus for setup for about $500 more a week than what they were paying me. So I just grinned and did the best job I could to secure the Client and finish out my Contract. Which I did. They got another tour contract and the client was excited to have me back. I asked for the same pay rate they had offered on the other bus tour as they had gotten rid of their cash per diem and started using Navan and was replaced with a cheaper tour manager, after securing the contract and further perpetuating the feeling of being taken advantage of. I reached out to other employees at lime to express my concerns before decisions were made yet they still decided to go a cheaper route. Its just bussiness when they hire cheap even if you work well and secure contracts they will ALWAYS hire the lowest bidder and essentially they will get what they pay for because great tour managers will eventually refuse to work with them. Also the school bus they put me in had a sagging seat and no heat or air condition. It was an old school bus so it had no insulation either. It was a misrable time while driving but i did enjoy the client and that was a lot of the reason I stayed. Without something changing at Lime I do not recommend and thats coming from a tour manager with over 10 years experience with well over 20 tours under my belt and a current CDL that was required for the position. I can get another tour but I definitely have a bad taste for Lime Media. After posting thia to a tour manager group on facebook there were a bunch of people who had similar war stories from this company.

Hi. On 7/29/2024 a Lime Media mobile billboard sat outside our home for an unknown amount of time. When my husband arrived home and asked him to move so that he could properly park his large work vehicle the drive told him ‘no’, and proceeded to let him know he will move when he was ready to. He continued to sit and stare into our home. It was uncomfortable. If they’re asked to leave I do wish that peoples homes and privacy would be respected.
