“Darden Direct Distribution” is Lineage, which is this place. Once you’re at the dead end make a right into Lineage Facility, Park in the staging area next to entrance, Walk over receiving trailer next to Dock 38 to check in.

Receiving office opens at 12 midnight and you can check in, it’s no guarantee you will be given a dock door any sooner than your appointment time.

I arrived at 4:15am for my 5am appointment, walked over to receiving trailer next to dock 38. Once I checked in they gave me a door. Slide tandems to rear, opened trailer doors, backed into dock door, and unhooked from trailer. At 5:30am a warehouse worker came to let me know they are done and I can go to receiving office to get my paperwork.

This place doesn't open until midnight to 8am. You have to disconnect from your trailer once you get assigned to a door

I’d like to thank everyone working at this facility. It’s clear that management understands and appreciates the work of truck drivers, because there’s an area on site for overnight parking. During my overnight stay, no one bothered me at all.

When my appointment time came at 11:00 AM, I was immediately given a dock door. They unloaded the truck in about 10 minutes and signed the paperwork just a couple of minutes later.

I really want to thank the entire staff for their efficient and very fast work. On top of that, I was able to get some good rest in the parking lot. Even after the truck was unloaded, no one asked me to leave.

Showed up way ahead of my 7 am pick up schedule. Office lady allowed me to use their parking to wait till morning. Check in stars at 7 am, door provided few minutes later. Quickly loaded,paperwork ready moments later. Friendly, professional and efficient staff.

Above all praise! I had a hot load without an appointment and even in this case it was unloaded within an hour. Huge thanks to the people who work here.

Checked in pretty early for a 3 p.m. appointment. Was asked to wait on the street and will get a door closer to the appointment time. Got a call around 2 p.m. for a door. Make sure your reefer is running and you keep your door closed, slide tandems back, and park 5 feet away from the door. Someone will come out to have you open your doors and bump dock. Chock Wheels and Disconnect Red Airlines. Once loaded, wait for a call from the office for the BOLs. Porter-potty for restroom. Make sure you have paper if blowing in the hole. Over all not a bad experience.

So, this place was super easy to find… as other reviews have stated just go all the way to end of the road and turn right at the last entrance. Staging area is on the right side of the very short driveway. I however went to wrong end of the building for my check-in/delivery. Although it is all one building and Lineage is everywhere. I guess I had a blonde moment or several. If the address reads 209 that is on the right and 211 is on the left. (That is if you’re facing the building of course). I got a door right away. But they didn’t start unloaded until after an hour. The gentleman who unloaded me was very nice and polite.
When you get a door you don’t back all the way in you have to wait 5 ft from the door and someone will come break the seal and open the doors for you. Of all the lineage places I deliver to this one isn’t half bad. At least for my visit.
