Despite us internally having relatively low resources to dedicate to the project, they made sure to check in frequently to see how we were doing and let us move at our own pace. When we were stuck they clearly laid out the action items needed from our end so we could continue making progress.

Once our site was launched, they checked in and made sure we knew how to make edits to our site contents properly and even made a video explaining the process for us.
