We been having our internet cut out 3 times a week. every time we had to text them just to restart our router. we didn’t have wifi for 4 days and we contacted them to come in person and fix never showed up. For how much we are paying this internet sucks and wish we could switch.

Continually dropping service. Brand new modem, and has been switch out twice, they've been out multiple time in 3 months for the exact same issues. Customer chat reps disconnect on you repeatedly. Went through 4 customer support people in 45 minutes that kept leaving the chat on me. Finally had 2 phone calls that were unable to assist, after wasting an hour and 45 minutes. Canceled service, will go with starlink for $20 a month more.

We switched new Flight video, still having stop and go issues. Can't hardly watch tv at all. This costs way too much money. We don't want buy internet to watch TV. We were going to stop internet to save money, now we can't so we may be moving to a new service for less money. At night we spent a lot of time waiting for tv to come back then it stops again. Bring down the the price. Right now we are being cheated!

Have been using this internet service for almost 4 years now and have zero complaints.
Had our first 'issue' today. Strong winds knocked down a tree falling on the cable line. Called in and two guys were out within the hour to fix the issue. Technicians were very pleasant and respectful. Had our internet back on very quickly.

Have been told to hire an electrician to move our Router to the living room or bedroom where we have our printer, computers, TV, etc. It is blocked by something between the back door and living room. They are assuming.

Becsuse my experience has largely been in large cities, the provider either fixed the problem or moved the router. This company flipping tells you, essentially, the problem is yours, (yay) and oh, here's your bill for over$100. GRRRR.

We've been customers for a few months, but have have been happy with the quality.
Now we've been customers for nearly a year, I am revising my review. We have had problems with weak signals which makes streaming to our TV or browsing the internet on our devices. Someone came out and he said something was blocking our WiFi from one end of the house to the other. I wou!d have thought they'd move it to the room where we use it! That's either laziness, cluelessness, or failure to explain why they can't move it.

They changed their billing system in April. No bills arrive on time, yet we are charged late fees. When I called, twice, to ask why, I was yelled at by two separate employees. Then I had to ask for a supervisor. I will never have their service again. Very rude people.

I pay for gigabit and smart wifi. Whatever that is. So I pay 100 dollars a month. And my wifi is always hit and miss. It'll go down for 15 minutes frequently. Why can't we have decent internet in onawa

The worst customer service. I called on behalf of my relative who passed away and there was no “Im sorry to hear that” or anything like that. Only “We can’t give out info without a death certificate.” It was like talking with an automated robot with zero humanity. I get that there are legal rules here, but the rudeness was absolutely unnecessary and made an already horrible situation that much worse.
