I know there are now more than one resource for handspinners, but Spinoff was the first devoted to spinners, with articles by some of the most innovative spinners and dyers. And it continues to provide both technical and inspirational material primarily for handspinners. I've subscribed from the earliest issue and continue to this day. It's great.
