I've gotten service from them on 3 occasions because having professionals tackle my car audio needs for a price seemed more convenient than learning to do it myself. Overall, they did what needed to be done. However, each time I've gotten service from them they've left a mess of cut wires, used crimp connectors, or dirt. And the most recent time, after they replaced the speakers in my truck, I found that many pieces of trim were broken. It turned out to not be as convenient as I had hoped and instead I wish I just did it myself. I personally will not be returning any time soon!

I brought my Lexus all the way from H-Town to get these guys to work my ls430 into perfect condition. It was less expensive than the city and better workmanship and attention to detail than i could find in the city. Super impressed!

Hubby was told to bring his police vehicle in to have the lights he already purchased,put on and wired in to the previous wires that were there from the other policeman.They said to bring it in Thursday at 10 when they open and itll be done by 6 that evening. Well it’s Saturday and it wasnt done til 5:30.They ignored calls from his number so calling with a different number,they answered only to say couple more hours. Saying other customers coming in after us want theirs done now. Well no duh,we do too. We were first in line and want it done as a paying customer too,$430 later even though we brought our own lights and control box. After all of that,one of the lights were totally crooked. No way you couldn’t notice it that crooked on the front.Hubby fixed it.Also smelled like cigarettes when he got in. We do not smoke so didnt appreciate that at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
