Manitou Springs Brewery is a gem! We stopped in and ordered three different beers, each one better than the last—great variety and expertly crafted. As we were just stopping in for a post-hike bite and beer, we decided to go with just some drinks, and ordered the chicken nachos, which were absolutely delicious. The toppings were generous, and the flavors were spot on. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. We sat outside in the very cozy courtyard! Highly recommend this spot for great brews and tasty bites!

I stopped in here for a late lunch and I'm very pleased with my meal! I got the Bronco Burger with fries. My burger was perfectly cooked (I prefer a little pink in the middle), and the fries were crispy and not too salty.

I ordered a flight of beer with Manitou Lager, Swimming in Blackberries Nitro Blonde, Hefe You Ever Touched Officer Johnson's Gun, and (on my waitress' recommendation) the High Ground IPA. All four were excellent. I really enjoyed the Blackberry and Officer Johnson's Gun and ended up buying a crowler to go of the Gun.

You seat yourself, service was fast, and I had my food in less than 15 min.

Very cool place with great food and unique beers. We stopped in after a day of hiking and sat down right away. The service was too notch and the selection of beers was nice. Even though it was really busy in the street, the seating felt intimate and quiet.

This place was so cool. The staff was awesome and helped me choose a good beer. There was a pizza spot right outside, which was absolutely delicious.

The spot has great ambiance in a cute little town. The highlight was the beer. They had interesting and tasty flavors. Whoever is making their beer is doing a great job.

We had pretzel bites with cheese. Both of my kids enjoyed them, but they both seemed a little overcooked.

My wife got nachos. Everything about them was great, except the chips. You know when you go to the store and they sell .99 cent chips? And those chips are too hard? That’s exactly what the chips were. It’s a shame. It felt like they really cut some corners here.

Overall, it’s a great place to visit and eat while visiting this cute town.

We are so unbelievably ecstatic that we chose to come to Manitou Brewing for late lunch! We walked through the shops seeing so many places and ultimately decided toon here. Zero Regrets: Steak Mushroom Pita, Steak Nachos, Cheesy Mac and Street Tacos - all perfect! Meredith (great to have her waiting on us!) recommended the Truffle Fries - Holy Potato! Loved it all. While in the area we visited twice. Once in the afternoon for lunch. The service was outstanding. All woman staff. Had the chicken nachos. The chicken was very tasty.
We returned a day or two later for dinner. The service was not as good. All male staff. I had a burger that was very good. My wife had the tacos and said they were excellent.
The beer selection was very good. I especially liked the ale. My wife had the peach and was very impressed. We will return the next time we are in the area!

Stopped here with the family for lunch. Definitely not recommended if you have smaller appetites with you. No kids menu or even a la carte foods. If they do make something up they charge high prices. Also worth noting that if you are offered anything "extra" get ready to pay. I had nachos and asked for an extra cup of salsa because it only came with one small ketchup sized cup for the entire plate and when the bill came I was shocked to see that there was an extra $3 charge for the small cup of salsa. We also learned fries were another "paid upgrade" with your burger. Service was mediocre. Beer was decent, but nothing stellar. Indoor and outdoor seating. Good location central to town.
