You can't miss the place as there is a giant green question mark standing out front! The lone guy manning the counter here was very friendly but not intrusive. We bought little camp cups to sample the different spring waters available in town. They worked out perfectly! There are plenty of brochures here for the local businesses and for the broader area. It's small for a chamber of commerce and the parking lot isn't much bigger than the building so you may have to park elsewhere and walk or take the town shuttle for free.

Friendly, helpful ladies run this place! 😊 We got a nice map of the downtown area, including the locations of the springs, as well as little tasting cups to sample the waters.

Our large group of homeschoolers stopped in to get a map of the natural springs and inquire about cups for sale. The woman working at the desk was quite unfriendly and didn't seem pleased for some of our group to have entered the building. When one of our group members asked for information about how to navigate to the first spring, the woman replied, "It is easy," with an unfriendly tone. No other information was offered. While we did eventually find our way to the springs, there were no markings or street signs indicating which way to walk. I wouldn't recommend relying on the people working here to help you navigate to the nearby points of interest.

Great place. Me and wife walked around Manitou Springs and checked out the shops. We had a great time. There was so much to look at. I would recommend going here to anyone looking to spend the day just browsing from shop to shop.

Manitou Springs Visitor Center was SO helpful! They gave us recommendations for lunch spots based on what we were interested in. They also helped us find a specific shop some friends hoped we could get a replacement sentimental item for them. They gave us maps of town, information about the springs, and even tasting cups for the springs! If you’re interested in visiting Manitou Springs, definitely stop by their visitor center!

Just plain friendly people here! Go ahead and drop in for a spell! And yes they have a restroom! 😊 (And there's a paved path behind it that's likely to take you by some deer!)
