My experience with MassBur Construction has been nothing short of phenomenal. After discovering that my roof was in dire need of repairs, I reached out to a roofing company that had done work on my neighbor's home. They came by and gave me a run down of what was needed and let me know that I did indeed have some hail and wind damage. The guy was thorough and courteous, but after I expressed my desire to contact my insurance company to see if I could get things covered, he left me with a bit of info and went on his way. After an initial call to my insurance company I decided to entertain other offers and put out a request online. MassBur Construction was quick to reply and we scheduled an inspection. My initial call with my insurance adjuster was not promising. Before even coming out or asking me any questions he immediately informed me that the last severe hail storm was well over a year ago. James and Chris from MassBur came over and did their inspection and immediately did a check on the accuracy of that weather report and I was elated when they informed me that the last severe hail storm was actually in April of this year! Not only that, but their inspection lined up exactly with the inspection I had previously received, letting me know these guys were definitely on the level. They offered to send their assessment along with the clarification on April's storm to my adjuster and even volunteered to be here on the day he came by. Chris was here on time and shadowed my adjuster during his assessment and was key in helping us state our case. The adjuster had changed his tune thanks to the diligence of these guys and I got my claim. In the following days, Chris and James stayed in close contact with me and walked me through the process and we set up a schedule. The crew came the afternoon before the job to drop off materials and started bright and early the following day. They were done by late afternoon. The crew did a phenomenal job and they made sure to clean up everything afterwards. My family and I couldn't be happier with the job they did for us. Chris and James are definitely legit and they go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Trust me, if you've never gotten your roof replaced, it helps to have a team like this in your corner. They don't just inspect and move on. They educate and advocate for you to help you get what you need. And they see the job through.

I first contacted MassBur Construction a couple of years ago after performing a competitive quote process among several different companies. MassBur won. I was unable due to a sudden financial difficulty to proceed with getting my roof replace at that time.
Ready to move on this finally a few weeks ago, I got back in touch and I now have a new roof.
MassBur (James Rhodes is the man I worked with) was prompt, responsive, and communicative throughout the process. They also handled all the details scheduling the delivery of materials, arriving promptly on the day of installation, working quickly and efficiently, and cleaning up after themselves (Taking special precaution to make sure stray nails didn't litter my lawn after the fact). They arrived around 7am and by 3pm that afternoon I had a new, quality roof.

Alfonso and his team at Massbur construction continue to duck and hide. They put a brand new roof on our remodeled house in University Hills only for there to be 4 leaks in the kitchen which they will not fix and we cannot get a hold of. They left our family with 2 young kids with a house that has water pouring in every time it rains. Very shady company and insanely bad quality. Stay FAR away.

We recently had the pleasure of working with James and his crew at MassBur Construction. Being new home owners, it was extremely stressful and we did not really know what to expect. James came the same day, even though he had a full schedule, inspected the roof, and gave an honest and thorough idea of what condition our roof was in. He also discussed our insurance with us, really explained the whole process, talked to us about our options, and even went through the options of materials and how they were installed. Extremely thorough! He was very patient and did not put any pressure on us to decide right away, which was especially appreciated since insurance was not going to cover the majority of the costs.
James was on top of everything. Since we were also going to have unexpected rain, he came in and did an emergency tarp so we would not incur any additional damage.
Once materials arrived, MassBur Construction went to work and did a fantastic job. Team was professional and made sure they cleaned up everything afterwards. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

MassBur Construction did an amazing job on our roof. Very patient with the process and explaining every aspect along the way and made you feel comfortable with the process with roof selection type and material timeline to coincide with installation date. The professional roof installers arrived early morning on a very hot day and successfully completed the job on time. We provided cases of water with ice during the day to prevent heat exhaustion and kept them hydrated. Once the job was done everything on the yard was cleaned up and hauled off. WOW, can't say enough great things about James and his crew. They definitely went above and beyond, not only with the roof but also how they handled this situation in a calm and professional manner. I needed immediate help with my roof that had been damaged due to a storm, I had tried other roofers but none were able to come the day of to give me a quote. I called James and his crew, and they arrived within the hour, within the next 30 minutes I had a quote and they took the time to go over my options and thoroughly describe what each one meant and how I could reduce my payment as much as possible.
