I have been very happy with the service I have received here at Matt's Multimedia. The owner Matt and employee Josh are great. I have a gaming laptop which was overheating as well as other issues. Josh was excellent in getting it up and running again. Pricing is always fair and service is excellent.

Needed them to unjam some printers. They fixed them in everyway they found needed to be fixed. Charged very little to save me from having to buy a new printer. Done perfectly, quickly and easily. I'll Recommend them to anyone needing help with tech that can infuriate you. And for me, that's printers.

I've been using Matt & his services for about 3 years now and I am quite pleased. Personally, I choose to have him come to my home because I don't wish to unhook everything and lug my PC to his shop. I am aware of the hourly rate which is in line with most other tech support operations. I typically write/keep all my notes/problems in Word. Once I have enough issues to warrant his visit, I format my notes in order of importance, arrange an appointment and give him my sheet to work from. Nothing is overlooked and he has a punch list to go by. I have recommended Matt in the past, and will continue to do so.

I am an old woman. 85 years old. Still using a laptop. Have had some problems with it and a friend recommended Matt. He said he was a "good guy and honest".
I have had him twice now. Each time, he came to my home, took my laptop, fixed it and brought it back.
Matt is very kind, and as my friend said, "honest". I felt he had integrity and would do what was right.
Thank you Matt! On a scale of one to ten, with ten being high, I would give him a FIFTEEN!!!!!!!! I recommend Matt's Multimedia 100%. You won't be sorry.

I will not be recommending or using this company in the near future. Matt was hired to install anti-virus on 2 of my laptops. Nothing else. $258.00. INVOICE! Anti-Virus Costs $60.00 at most for up to 5 computers. The rest is billed hourly.Matt said one of my computers needed updates never called to tell me. I was expecting an hour of his time and paying for the software only. I NEVER got a call with a quote. I did call Matt twice and he agreed to send a check or rebate but it's been a few weeks and I highly doubt I will see it. My recommendation if you use this company get an estimate first. Hard Lesson learned for me. My friends who used Matt were shocked and agreed with me and did not have this unfortunate experience.
