Internet is decent but the whole “to maximize your time and hold your place in line” spill when you’re waiting on them to call you back is a lie. I’ve waited over 3 hours and “held my place in line” 3 times and still no call back. Close in 30 minutes now and 120 something minute wait time.

Seriously, I love the man the runs the counter in my town! Derrick (sorry if I misspelled this!) is an amazing conversationalist as he processes your payment. Seriously this guy deserves a raise! MaxxSouth just wouldn't be the same to me without him. MaxxSouth's service is sketchy at times, but they do everything in their power in my opinion to give you the best service they can. I love this service provider, I'll be sticking with them for years to come. Especially because of who I deal with about my service!

Employees are great when I go in the office and pay my bill at Red Bay office outstanding service when I call in get technician on phone outstanding service when it comes to the company fixing their issues don't see where they do no maintenance whatsoever you can ride up and down the road and see trees on the line I am in the Belmont Mississippi area had cable and internet for 8 years or so today I will turn in my equipment the company itself does not fix their issues

Woman at the counter gave of a whatever vibe. Kind of annoying cause I'm trying to give you my business. I don't know. At least fake enthusiasm or something. Anyway. Internet seems to be decent.

It’s fast internet. That is when it actually works. This piece of trash cable company needs to fix their issue. We never had any issue before maxxsouth bought out the old company. Fix your internet.
