I absolutely love living at Medici Apartments! After moving from my previous place, I was determined to find a beautiful apartment with plenty of amenities, especially since I travel often, run a business, and have two children. I feel incredibly lucky to have found this community, and I honestly can't imagine wanting to move anytime soon.

The apartment layouts are spacious and open — exactly what I was looking for with two kids. I never feel cramped or boxed in, which was a major priority for me. The design truly allows for comfortable living.

As a mom, having a little "me time" is essential, and the amenities here are fantastic. The pool and jacuzzi area are always spotless, perfect for relaxing. I also love spending time in the sauna and using the gym on weekends. These features really elevate my living experience.

The office staff, especially Mary, have been amazing. She's so friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference. While I initially had a problem with a rude neighbor, I'm now surrounded by wonderful neighbors with children who my kids love playing with daily. There's even a park right in the community, which I’m so grateful for — my kids are happy, and I know they're safe.

Despite reading reviews about parking concerns, I've never had an issue. There's always ample parking right in front of my apartment and plenty of space for guests as well.

One unique feature I love is the built-in desk in the hallway. I use it every day for work, and it’s such a thoughtful addition that many other apartments in the area didn’t offer.

Overall, I highly recommend Medici Apartments to anyone. It’s a friendly, safe, and welcoming community where both my kids and I feel truly at home. I can't thank Mary and the office staff enough for their dedication and hard work. I'll likely stay here until I'm ready to buy a house!

If you want to keep any sort of your peace. I suggest you stay away from these apartments.

Had an ongoing issue that was never resolved. Instead I was gaslighted and told my behavior was unacceptable.

The so called behavior was me finally speaking up and saying something the was an ongoing issue for almost 3 months.the rent in total is $2600+ so I think I have a right to right to finally address a tiring issue. Had management handled this situation appropriately, I wouldn’t have had to express this “unacceptable behavior. I was told I should have never said anything to begin with. Me saying something is my freedom of speech and that’s what I chose to do.

They also claimed to have investigated this matter, investigating a matter involves all parties, yet they only saw and heard testimony and video from one side.

Mind you, I provided substantial evidence over that 3 month period. Only for the manger to say she couldn’t hear videos clearly a whole month later. That should’ve been mentioned in the beginning so I could go in person to provide these videos.

They allow people who rent here to create disturbing noises. They also allow people to leave their trash on property and not disposing of it properly.

I recommend your looking elsewhere.

Beautiful property and extremely nice office staff who go above and beyond for their tenants. I saw someone write there was dog poop everywhere that is a lie, I don't see this as a matter of fact they have dog poop bags throughout the property. I love it here it's comfortable and also maintenance is quick to respond, I had an issues with my washer and dryer and it was fixed quickly. Thank you!!

Yeah I would never move here again. I was getting sand/dirt constantly in my apartment. Felt like I was living in a cave. Dog poop all over the grass. semi close to grocery stores and was super close to my job in La Quinta but that was the only plus. Charged me a $200 cleaning fee even though I cleaned the apartment. Had I known I was going to be charged anyway I would have left the apartment as is. Thought I had terminated by Electricity and Management had a fit about reimbursing me for the weeks I did not inhabit the property even though they would have been responsible anyway. The manager from the electric company was helpful. Decided to move back to the area for work, but plan on renting in La Quinta. At least the area is nicer.

I was visiting some friends and we decided to grill when we open the grill 2 big rats came out of the grill! This is ridiculously for the rent to be so high they can’t control the rats they have

Great job guys office and maintenance techs taking the time to update my review I want to give great thanks to the office manager who is doing a great job with the security team you guys are awesome keeping this place safe maintenance techs 🙂👍👍👍 your the backbone of the property. The gym and sauna are amazing

I’ve tried to reach manager about the tenant who has a dog in kennel on the the first floor patio
the dog is in the thing almost all day and definitely overnight.
Funny we can’t have certain things on our patios but a big dog in too small kennel is ok

I walk by that poor dog everyday before I go to work in the afternoon and when I come back from work at after midnight guess what he’s still there.

It’s getting hot
So my next step will be reporting animal abuse

Update

The dog is a still in the kennel at almost 24 hours
Its in the high 90’s no water
The wind was so bad and cold no blanket

The manager replied they would monitor ummm yeah right.

They told me to call animal control
I don’t know if the dog is worse off in the shelter

The owner is such a dirtbag for the way they are treating this animal
