1-star review in order to make it count. Shocked to be charged a 2 percent "surcharge" for the privilege of using my credit card to pay. $30 just to pay my $1,400.00 bill? Really? C'mon MtD - get real. You just lost about $10K in business, I had about 10 more boxes at the same amount, but I'm not paying you an extra 2 %...just to pay you. In the words of Bart Simpson: Get Bent.

I took seven old family photo albums to Memories to Digital for scanning, some with photos dating back to the early 1900's. They did a wonderful job scanning everything carefully and gently. Everyone that I worked with during the process was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. They have incredible customer service. I found out that my mom has four more albums, and I am going to pack them up and haul them across country to have them scanned here as I was so impressed. They are very trustworthy with treasured family photos. Now I can share them with all of my siblings so that everyone can have access to these wonderful memories and photos.

I'm giving a neutral rating because I wasn't the direct customer and didn't observe what happened. My mother was the customer for a VHS-to-DVD recording that belonged to both of us. When she tried to play the DVD she had purchased, she discovered that it was blank. She did this some time after she picked it up, because she had assumed all was well and didn't get around to watching it for a while. Because of the delay, she was told by the store that she had waited too long to report the problem, so she was denied any refund or correction. While the store's policy is understandable from their point of view, she still got nothing for her money. Potential customers should be careful. Check all recordings as soon as possible, as mistakes can happen.

Gwen and her team have been so very amazing!! They are doing a celebration of Life video for my Dad and have made a very emotional timed very hard task a great process. It is not easy putting 90 years into 100 pictures and they have helped me do just that. Gwen is so understanding and has gone above and beyond for me. Gwen and team, I am so eternally grateful for your caring and amazing talent to make the memory of my Dad so loving and complete.

I love this place! I have used them on numerous occasions and they always go above and beyond to make sure that my project is completed beautifully and on time. Over the years, I've had them produce two separate graduation videos for my sons and they also converted all of my old home movies previously recorded on VHS to DVD format. It was a HUGE project with hours and hours of footage and they were amazing. They are patient even when I am disorganized and readily assist me in offering advice as to how to best format my projects in order to get the best result. They are priced competitively and are worth every penny in connection with preserving my family's precious memories. Amazing, wonderful, kind and professional. The people here are simply the best!

I needed old cassette tapes converted to digital. One was a sentimental music tape and the other was an irreplaceable recording of my grandfather being interviewed about his life. It took Memories to Digital less than 48 hours to complete the job. They allowed me to bring in my own USB drive to transfer the data to. They were very professional and did a great job! The sound quality is better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend them for cassette to digital recordings! The price was fair too!

Incredible place! Will certainly be doing business here again. They quoted being finished digitizing our VHS tape in 2 weeks, and it only took 1 business day!

The file they provided came out fantastic as well!

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would, as being able to share my precious memories with my family is priceless.

The staff is also incredibly kind and welcoming!

The team at Memories to Digital could not have been more professional in producing the DVD for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. It was artistic and perfect and brought tears to many. Memories' customer service is top notch down to every last person I sloke with there. The attention to detail and to my timeline was amazing.
