Me and my family have lived at Mesa ridge for 2 years. We are a military family and love it here. From the staff in the office, to maintenance being on top of any work orders we might have and the grounds always being in tip top shape it’s very welcoming and peaceful. Not to mention all the amenities they have its close to base for us, I25, and tons of shopping centers. We love it here and will continue to stay as long as I’m stationed here and will recommend to other service members.

Don't expect them to live up to the "Military Clause" most apartments, or renters, abide by. (They'll claim they do, but will expect you to pay an entire month worth of rent, even if you only stay for half of it, or less.) They require you to submit your orders 30 days prior to your departure, so plan accordingly, to make sure you get your money's worth.

(Keep an eye on payment deductions they make, because they will double charge sometimes.)

Make sure you have insurance on all your electronics, and Valuables; you never know when a pipe will burst from your roof or when a washing machine will leak a ton of water. (They will not accommodate in you, in ANY way, if that happens.)

You can't leave your animals, out in the patio area, with shelter, food and water, as well as with your door open so they can come in and out whenever they please, you will get a warning.

Extremely loud neighbor's (for an apartment complex). They will not do anything else but call and ask them to quiet down. You're better off calling the cops, for a noise disturbance.

Besides alllll that, it's a decent place to live in, momentarily.

Maintenance is great, apartments are beautiful and so many wonderful amenities, but....management does absolutely NOTHING. They have rules in the lease we all have to sign. However they don't care to enforce them. They are okay with young KIDS breathing in weed almost every single day because they don't want to actually do anything about it or figure out what apartment is doing it. They send out emails but don't actually do anything. I have seen other complaints in regards to management here as well. They are going to respond to the review and attempt to make contact with us (which we will not respond, because in the end nothing will be done). Such a beautiful place, but poorly ran.

My dad stayed here two years, the place has two swimming pools you pay for but one was out all summer and got no discount but they will charge you for everything. My dad lost his swimming bracelet because he is older and did not use it all summer, they were quick to charge him the $30-$50 fee for replacing a rubber bracelet The people in the front office are some of the rudest people I have meet. It is not customer friendly the maintenance people and grounds crew do a good job though.

These apartments are the best of what I've been through. The staff is very friendly and and always there to listen to my complaints. Maintenance is fast when it comes to any problems I have. Yes walls can be thin, but that's what living in an apartment complex is like. If you want complete piece and quite, buy a house. I'm very impressed on how attentive the staff is considering it is a very large complex. 2 POOLS, AND A FULL GYM with child center?! AMAZING.

I stayed at Mesa for a little under a year and it was a year well spent. Parking was convenient for me and my guests. The maintenance team works fast and they always greet you throughout the day when they see you either walking or driving by .

The apartment complex is always CLEAN. The grass is always cut , there is never an overload of trash , or junk anywhere. There are no wild dogs on the loose. The apartment is nice inside and out, the only inconvenience is storage space inside the apartment is minimal for the one bedroom one bathroom people like myself.

The ladies in the front office are are wonder to work with. They are always kind and willing to help with any issues . The rent office has events like ice cream days , or pet of the months that are just the cutest! Tanara remembers the tenants names and issues and it just makes every part of Mesa feel like home . The people in the neighborhood almost adapts this hospitality, and we all naturally greet each other, it’s amazing.

For military personnel , it is close to the base DEPENDING on when leave, the street to post can get backed up , but it’s moving traffic .

This apartment is HIGHLY recommended for a stress-free, clean, safe , and happy living!

Lived here a while. And to any new people I need you to know, they will NOT do anything about noise disturbances!! Even with proof, even if you do everything in your power, they will simply tell you they can’t do anything for you.

Management does nothing, I have a few friends on the inside, so I’m not just making this up. Go somewhere else, this property is going downhill
