We worked with Joe Parker and a team of other people at MetaDesign to develop a website for rare disease organization. The strengths of MetaDesign are the willingness to communicate, work out issues/problems, unlimited number of edits, and ability to take feedback. The challenge we had was the person uploading copy repeatedly made mistakes with the copy that needed to be corrected (an editor's nightmare, but was fixed every time when we pointed it out).

We were very happy with the design they came up with and it fit the requirements we needed. We went in with a very strong idea of what we wanted, how much copy we wanted, the pages, tabs, etc., and they were able to deliver exactly what we asked for. There was some lag time, but that was due to timing issues on our end.

I'm not sure you'll ever be able to find a web designer/builder from scratch, at an affordable price, and not have some issues. When we did, we were always able to work them out with discussion and lots of screenshots!

We are very happy with the final product. No bugs -- works perfectly!

My experience working with Meta Design Experts has been great! Justin Reed was my initial contact. He was very warm, knowledgeable and professional. The project manager Martin was really nice to work with. My website issues were addressed in a timely manner and they also generated a report for their findings and adjustments to my website.

Let me make it clear and simple for you. The people in this company, including the manager, are thieves.
They could not come up with the right design for my project, so after a lot of back and forth, I got tired of their incompetence and canceled the project.
I have made an initial payment of $699 and out of good faith I told them to keep that initial payment. I could have asked for a refund, but I didn’t. I thought that because they had been working on the design, it was the right thing to let them keep that first payment.

But what happened next is complete scammer behavior. They went ahead and took another $699 dollars from my card. When I reached out to them, they said that it was a mistake and that they had refunded it back to my card. It was a lie. The money never arrived. Capital one gave me a temporary credit which capital one took back because this company never refunded the money that they, apparently took by mistake.
I guess I don’t have to say anything else. Decide for yourself. If you want to go through this nightmare and have them literally steal your money, you can hire them.

Came across on Bark, where they and dozens of other website companies spammed the hell out of me. Meta took it a step further though... they were clever to send me websites in my industry that they said were in their portfolio, which was impressive. Turns out THEY LIED. I knew one of the owners of the company they sent me and she said she never heard of that company. Unbelievably deceptive business practices.

Recently reached out to this company to do some work for our new fitness project... A complete waste of time and they have scammed us out of our hard earned money.
They were not posting on the days they were suppose to. The videos looked like a 10 year done them. I reached out to my rep, he convinced me to give me one more try. My content did not drop when it was suppose too. I was suppose to receive my refund, it has yet to be refunded. I have been calling my rep, he is no longer answering his phone and no one will take my call... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE AND SCAM

Do not hire this company for any service. They are scam artists and they are fraudulent within their practices as a company. I repeat do not hire this establishment.

They will take your hard earned money and not deliver anything considerably close to your expectations, even if minimal.
