We worked with Method a few months ago on a big project including security, audio, video, and central control for pretty much all our home devices (thermostat, door bell, etc.). It was the first time my husband and I had anything like that done for us so we had a good idea of what we were asking but not a lot of experience. From the first appointment, Matt and his team were not only professional and thorough, but also very patient and straight forward. They made several adjustments to the scope of work until it met all our needs and budget. We did get a second vendor in the mix (we always do for any home improvement project) and Method was by far the best option for us with competitive pricing and over the top customer service.
After the initial scope was completed, they continue to be available for questions at any time! We also signed up for their service/maintenance option, which I would highly recommend.
We will continue to work with Method for future projects and enhancements!
