Minuteman Press Castle Rock did an amazing job on all of our wedding printing essentials! They delivered a beautiful magnetic save the date, full invitation suite, seating chart, table numbers, name cards, and super cute stickers for our desert dg bags featuring our pup. Probably the most stunning piece was the wedding day program that felt like an upscale magazine! We got so many compliments on all our printed pieces.

I am a small business owner. I went to minuteman press in castle rock after I moved to this area. I had them make labels for my handmade product. I do not usually leave reviews but felt it was necessary. I have never felt so ripped off in my life. I had previously ordered twice from this store, circular labels. The third time I ordered I needed a couple revisions for new product and also ordered double the amount and any one who knows economics knows that, normally the more you order, the more you save. I was quoted 4 times the amount. I questioned them and was given a pretty lame excuse, that vinyls had gone up that much. I decided to call around to other Minuteman press stores in the area and ask them if their prices had increased that much. I ended up talking to the Colorado Springs Minuteman Press. Though these stores are a chain, they are privately owned and run totally different. Not only did Colorado Springs give me a quote in a day, when Castle Rock took almost a week, every time. Colorado Springs also had labels ready in less than a week, when I have waited more than 2 weeks, for my orders and having to call Castle Rock to see if they were finally ready. Colorado Springs also offered me the same quality label that was waterproof, that saved me even more money and is absolutely the same quality as my previous labels. Never did Castle Rock offer this to me after questioning them how 400 labels cost me about $100 then 800 labels costing me almost $500 Wow, how absolutely insulting. I would give zero stars if I could. This is how they treat return customers. So you may think you are getting a deal, but I encourage people to shop around before committing to this store. I ended up paying $130 for 800 labels vs $500 for the same thing from Castle Rock, and in this time when everything is increasing in price, this is how they treat a small business owner!!! With that saving I can buy almost 3000 more labels.
