I've been using Miraculous Solutions 6 years now for my business. Even when I wasn't on a full service plan with them, they have always been very quick to respond and solve whatever issue we were having. My business depends on our computers working and they have never left us hanging. Jeff and his team have always been professional, quick, and most importantly competent. Highly recommended!

Miraculous Solutions is my one stop shop for IT support and all computer related needs. Jeff and his team are great, timely and above all they’re trustworthy! A rare and admirable quality for sure! Miraculous Solutions has handled my antivirus protection and all IT support for Hoke Industrial and HMRC allowing me to operate far above my technological capabilities! Miraculous Solutions is a fantastic company that is so easy to work with. Our business has had a couple of computers crash and they were there the same day providing solutions. This company is very responsive and gets things done the right way. I had problems with a program working on my work computer that the software company couldn't figure out. Placed a order ticket, received a call from Jeff and he was able to get the software installed on my computer and get it working properly. I can’t say enough good things about Miraculous Solutions. Jeff updated our router and added a battery pack with charger so we wouldn’t lose power during any electrical outages. It completely changed & improved the way WiFi works on our computers, iPads, and tvs. His immense knowledge of everything to do with computers and attention to detail is impressive. The work was completed in a very timely manner. Efficiency and assurance that he would return if everything was not as it should be. Jeff is trustworthy, honest, and a step-above when it comes to customer service. Highly recommend.
