There aren’t words to express what a blessing this hospital has been for our family. I highly recommend the hospice care within the hospital. They’ve treated our loved one like family. A special thanks to the CNA Kaitlyn for helping bring joy the last few precious days to not only the patient, but the whole family. The doctor even stopped on his days off to check in. The entire staff made the process so much easier and peaceful. We are forever grateful.

I can not express how great our experience was at this hospital. From registration process through nurse to meeting with dr... unbelievable. Sincerely cared for my son and his health. I never give reviews but I just had to give Mitchell Co. Regional Health Center Osage a 5 star... keep doing what you are doing.

I absolutely love and appreciate the staff here. The nurses are wonderful. The lab techs are wonderful. And they don't make you wait three hours like Mason city. Thank you all for the outstanding help. And I would highly recommend this hospital.

Great health care right here in Osage! Becky was wonderful at check-in. Nurses Sam and Taylor were pleasant and professional. Dr. Hargens was thoughtful, patient and thorough. Such a great staff!!

I used emergency room services for covid complications and couldn't have been more satisfied. I wish I had specific names, but the women who took care of me were the most compassionate, knowledgeable, non-judgemental Healthcare professionals I have ever had the pleasure of taking care of me. There weren't any other patients waiting. So I was taken care of immediately. They. Knew exactly what I needed and my comfort level went up 100% almost immediately. It was worth the 30 minute drive to receive such quality care. Highly recommend.

I've been seeing my GP Dr. Hargens since he first started at Family Practice in Forest Park of MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center. When I heard he was moving to Mitchell County Regional Health Center I followed him here because he is the best GP I have ever had. I love the atmosphere in the health center. Everyone is so positively kind and friendly both on phone calls and in person. I am glad I transferred because it has been a great experience!!

I came to the Osage Hospital from a different hospital after having a total hip replacement. The whole hospital staff was so compassionate and caring, and made my 9 day stay in swing bed a pleasant experience.
We are really fortunate to have such a wonderful group of doctors and nurses and staff available to us in such a small community, and we should be most grateful.

Greg and Greg are by far THE BEST on their staff team! So friendly and helpful with my situation. They know my history and why I'm there and don't hesitate to help me with anything I need. The overall hospital and clinic is lovely!!
