I am writing to share with you my experience with this shipper that I believe you should be aware of. I would like to caution you to stay away from this shipper as I do not recommend their services.

During my recent visit to pick up a load, the individual responsible for loading my trailer caused significant damage to the trailer floor. I was shocked to discover scratches that were quite substantial and will require repair. Despite my request for compensation of $598.95 to cover the damage, the shipper refused to take responsibility for the incident.

It is truly disheartening to encounter such a lack of accountability and negligence towards handling customers' property. I believe it is important for you to be informed of this incident, as I would hate for anyone else to go through a similar situation.

In and out very fast. The only down side was I got there a day too early and had to wait at a truck stop due to nobody was there to unload on Memorial Day. I should've known there wouldn't be but I really wasn't thinking. Great place though. Definitely know what they are doing

Come here often very inconsistent, sometimes quick to load, sometimes it takes all day. They get in no hurry and really don't care if you like it or not. Have set as much as nine hours.

Not sure was was wrong with other drivers but got unloaded in 35 minutes. Appt was at 10 am . checked in at 9:50 am . Empty 10:25 am

Getting loaded for 4.5 hours does not mean you should get paid detention according to this shipper, very slow loading time.

This place is slow. Sat in dock for ninety min before they did anything. I was the only truck!!! Been here over 2-1/2 hrs and still not done.
