Dropped off my boat and was told it’d be ten days before it could be looked at. Two business days later I’ve got my boat back. Works like a charm now. The repair bill was priced fairly and the customer service was great. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

You want to experience customer service, I challenge you to find a better crew than all of the team at Morristown marine.

Started with needing an emergency part on the fly and they stepped up. Even though they did not have the part, they directed me to a competitor to help me find what I desperately needed. Fast forward to today, after my awesome experience outline above, I made a commitment that when I was ready for my next boat, I would be only shopping at MM.

Bought the boat of my dreams from MM and just like my first experience, every step of the way was absolutely professional, helpful and zero pressure.

Customer service is at a premium in todays world and you will find nothing but the best from the entire Morristown Marine team….

What can I say about Morristown Marine. Well this was the best transaction I have ever had. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I talked to her a number of times after hours and she always had the right answer. All the crew at Morristown Marine where helpful and friendly. I could not be more happy with the service I received at Morristown. I have a new skeeter bass boat that was due for its 20hr service. They got me in right away and the service, price, employee knowledge, and the way I was treated exceeded my expectations. I didn't purchase the boat with them but was treated as if I was a repeat buyer. We moved to Tennessee and Morristown will be the only place our boat goes to. Truly great experience and highly recommend.

Your sign is not funny nor is it cute. If you’re practicing sales prevention it worked. I kept driving and you will never get my business. It also seems like you guys don’t stand behind your products so I speculate that a lot of these five star reviews are from the business owners.
