Twice I've called MTC's tech support folks for help with what is probably minor things in their eyes, but to me the issues were driving me nuts and when you're not tech savy..... this can be very frustrating. Both times, different techs took care of me, they either helped me over the phone immediately and/or they showed up at my home the same day to fix the problems for me. You just don't see this kind of service in today's world.....but MTC seems to be like this every day. I can't say enough good things about their techs professionalism and patience.
