If I could give a 0 stars I would. They called my name for the $500 cash giveaway. I made it up to the counter and gave them my Cherokee Nation Federal ID. It was valid and wasn’t expired. They told me I couldn’t receive the money I won because I didn’t have a state issued ID. Tell me how that makes sense. They can’t take a federally recognized photo ID and told me I can’t receive the money I won’t because I didn’t have a state ID. Then they proceeded to have security make me leave and kick me out when I wanted to talk to a supervisor. They called another name for the drawing because I couldn’t pick up my reward. Even the cop said my tribal ID is even a valid form of ID to get a passport. Discrimination at it’s finest. Guarantee if it was a Muscogee Creek Nation ID they would have accepted it. They wouldn’t have thrown out one of their own tribal members. It’s because I’m Cherokee. Happened in there Eufaula Casino. Do not go here. They discriminate.

The Creek Nation Casinos payouts are the lowest I have ever seen absolutely terrible I play thousands and dont win a dollar abunch of theives if you ask me I mean I thought I was gambling which implies a chance of winning but I guess I was donating

As a Tribal citizen I have to say we need an internal investigation in the casinos I believe something wrong is being done at these casinos I have played so many times now and havent won a thing not even once. I see others feel the same but this is just crazy I understand making money but your not even letting folks have a good time while taking the money.
