Called them for getting my baby’s passport photo and went to shop as instructed. However, upon reaching the shop the owner lady told us that she is very busy and won’t be able to take the photos. We asked if we can wait and she still said she won’t be able to take the photos. When we asked what would be a better time to come back and still didn’t get a proper response for that as well. Looks like this place no longer cares about customers. Never going back again.

Agree with review that the owner has a very aggressive attitude. Child photos and baby photos are double the price, yet advertising states otherwise. When I asked about it she basically yelled at me “I already explained to your husband.” Better off going to another passport photo place than dealing with the owners here who just are super rude and don’t care about their customers. I am never stepping foot in here again.

Dont use this service. Came in for passport photos for my family, left within 30 seconds. The owner has a horrible passive aggressive attitude. She was taking pictures of another family, we said absolutely nothing to interrupt her.. she turns around and tells us that she's taking pictures and to please sit down because she will not give us attention. "So do not stand at the desk because i will not give you attention." I was looking for PRICING. Hopefully your photos dont stink as much as your attitude.

Absolutely fantastic service!

I came in for printouts and scans, and the whole process was quick, efficient, and perfect. What stood out the most was the friendly, smiling attitude and the personal attention given to each customer. She patiently helped with every task, making sure everything was just right. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers. A big thank you for the wonderful service 🙏😊

Excellent option for baby and child passport photos. Very accommodating, speedy and great results. Most places in Fremont will not do baby or toddler photos.

We had the most incredible experience when we visited this amazing place, all thanks to a wonderful lady who greeted us at the front counter. We're pretty sure she's the manager because she handled everything with such ease and professionalism.

From the moment we walked in, she had a big smile on her face and made us feel so welcome. She wasted no time in taking charge of our visit, snapping four pictures of us in no time at all. It was impressive how quickly she got us sorted out and ready to go.

But what really stood out was her cheerful attitude and willingness to help. Despite being busy, she took the time to chat with us and make sure we were having a good time. It felt like she genuinely cared about our experience there.

We left feeling so grateful for her kindness and efficiency. It's not every day you come across someone who goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. So, to that amazing lady at the front counter, thank you for making our day so special!

Disgusting!! Person who works here , she is such a stupid lady that if someone try to explain her, she come up with irrelevant excuses and a lame argument and their camera is too old, despite telling her picture should be clear. I went to the different place it was perfect & She would charge me 2 times but still pics were as if from black&white era. Fishy place
