New to area staff was very pleasant and friendly. Got our service up and running within an half hour. Walked us through the process with esse and made call back to us to make sure everything was going smoothly and we're not having any problems.

Slowest internet i have ever used!! They are charging $99 for 9mb download speeds. What the heck!!!!!!
To anyone who's only internet provider is this company I recommend looking into Starlink and reserving a dish. Same price for internet but a million times better

After taxes etc I pay nearly $90 a month for 5 mgb download speeds. You can get 5 times faster speeds for less with literally any other provider. Only provider in my community. #monopoly

NEITEL provides terrible service at a terrible price. NEITEL takes advantage of the community they serve by being the only provider and then price gouges their customers. Internet speeds and pricing aren't even in the same ballpark as their competitors.

I moved to the community not too long ago. Overall, my experience in this community has been very positive EXCEPT having to use NEITEL.

The base internet rates and speeds are bad enough but they also make you pay for a landline telephone service with it and then a few monthly fees associated with the landline service.

This new update sucks. Channel 220 info says one thing but it is all kids shows. If you go on info to find a show, you have to go through all of the shows, even the ones you DON'T get. Then when you finally find one, hitting OK no longer opens to the screen. You have to wait for the info screen to close on its own.
