Just too cute! Older building (exactly what we wanted in ES) but very sturdy. Roomy, adorable, clean cabin, with lots of windows. Self check in/out, lots of information on wifi, TV, etc. Staff checked in with us via text after the first night to make sure everything was great. We had zero questions or issues during our stay. The cabin was cooled to 70° when we arrived and had 2 trays of ice ready in the freezer! Comfortable bed and pillows, and the softest sheets I think I've ever felt!

Romantic cabin treehouse several series of steps downhill from the parking area. Straight forward accommodations for a couples weekend to relax and have fun together. Not quite as secluded as imagined but I think the listing was accurately portrayed. Slight hiccup on booking but worked out fine.

My husband and I stayed here and had a wonderful stay! The cottage was darling and the room very cozy. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful!! |The owners checked up on us via text to make sure everything was good and I really appreciated that.|We will definitely be back!

I can't say I loved the place. I noticed that reviews from a year or two ago were much nicer. Im thinking the place must have really gone down since then. It was cheap and we needed a getaway. You get what you pay for. We stayed in one of the cottages up front. The London flat room. The room is drafty with gaps in the doorway. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The shower is tiny and you can't adjust the head so short people like myself just get blasted in the face the whole time. The mini fridge froze everything we put in there. The ac unit above the bed was dusty and it smelled very musty. I didn't feel confident that the sheets and blankets were cleaned since the last visitor. My husband commented that it was like staying in an RV. We could have stayed 3 nights instead of four in a nicer place and enjoyed our getaway more. A couple little updates and the place could be so much better.

Me and my wife stayed in one of the tree houses for our anniversary getaway. The place was a little older than expected , but very clean. The secluded balcony was nice (not much of a view) but still very quiet and peaceful. The jacuzzi was amazing. The bed was okay. The shower was tiny for us larger folks but it was clean and okay. It was a little pricey (but what isn’t in Eureka Springs) Overall, had a very nice stay here and would stay again.

The cabins are clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet and outdoor atmosphere. We spent a lot of time on the deck while unplugging from our busy work schedules. The only thing I would suggest or improve upon is seat cushions on the outdoor metal chairs. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips

We were switched from cottage 4 to cottage 6 because the blinds were missing on door of 4 and there was no privacy. Also the tv didn’t work in 4 but my husband fixed it. We were moved to cottage 6. It was okay. The fireplace (gas) was a nice effect. However the next morning we found out the shower had no hot water. Staff had to come out to fix it. The sashes on two of the windows were broken so on a warmer day in January, a fluke, we could not open windows. We had to open the door. The mattress was lumpy and we both got lower backaches from sleeping on it. Overall: nice ambiance but the place really needs updating and work. We will not stay here again.
