Writing this review is incredibly difficult because I never imagined feeling this level of disappointment about something as important as my wedding photos.

First, the photographer failed to meet the timeline outlined in the contract, delivering the photos well beyond the agreed-upon date. What made this worse was the lack of communication during this time. I reached out multiple times for updates, only to be met with silence or new excuses with unfulfilled delivery dates. This left me feeling anxious and frustrated during what should have been an exciting time waiting for our photos.

When the photos finally arrived, the quality was below what I expected. Some moments weren’t captured at all. What’s even more upsetting is how much trust we placed in this photographer. We spent a significant amount of money believing we would receive something special, but instead, I feel let down and regretful about our decision. You only get one wedding day, and I feel like we lost the chance to have photos that truly reflect the love and joy we felt.

I wouldn’t want another couple to go through the disappointment we’ve experienced. Your memories deserve to be in the hands of someone reliable and professional—sadly, this was not the case for us. I cannot recommend this photographer.

Although we had a great photo shoot when my wife was pregnant, when we had a baby and did a newborn shoot in February 2024 we were told we would have pictures within a couple of weeks and it is now December 2024 and we still do not have our photos from that shoot after multiple times contacting.

As a parent with 3 younger kids, I appreciate Observant Media making my kids feel comfortable while having their pictures taken. Our family photos had serene backgrounds, perfect lighting & a good variety of poses. The kids almost always had a smile when interacting with Ryan!
