I was having fuel problems on my pontoon engine. O’Connell Marine is close to where I live so I dropped in one afternoon with my pontoon and talked to Matt. I explained the symptoms and after a few days he contacted me and advised me of the problem. I gave the ok to make the repairs and two days later he said it was ready. I picked it up and it was about a week before I could put it in the water. It runs like a dream! Matt is an awesome communicator and an even better mechanic. He called me several times during the diagnosis and repair to let me know what was going on. I feel the price he quoted was fair and the turnaround time was excellent. Thank you Matt for a job well done and for getting me back on the water. I highly recommend Matt and if I ever need more work performed I will definitely take it to O’Connell Marine. My experience with O'Connell Marine was exactly how I like doing business. From beginning to the end of the purchase, everything went great. I had to drive from Hiawassee Georgia to go take a look at my little RV, and Jim and his wife were great. They were able to see me on a Saturday. The purchase transaction went nice and smooth. Everything was done very quick and got my title in the mail without any problems. The trailer was in perfect condition just like Jim said. I drove it down to my hometown in Texas and I've already taken my rv to a couple of camping trips with no issues. Thank you guys for everything.

I traveled 2 1/2 hours to purchase a boat from them I noticed on Facebook Marketplace. Everything was communicated through email. From the financing , paperwork, and boat prep they were top notch in customer service. Honesty and Professionalism is very important to me and O'Connel Marine is just that. Why did I drive 2 1/2 hours to buy a boat? Better price on the boat I wanted and the above I mentioned. Thanks.
