EDIT: The company contacted me and said they will refund my money, so I am very satisfied that they have resolved this issue.

I looked online for an item I wanted and the price was $20.99. It said it was in stock and I could pick it up at the store. I didn't purchase it online, thinking I would buy it when I got there. I got to the store, and the price was $29.49! Same item. I explained it to the clerk and he was not responsive. SO, lesson learned, order online so you don't get ripped off.

I ordered photo calendars online, they were ready for pickup within an hour! Service is very fast and dependable at Office Depot. I loved adding details to my paperwork using their desk space and free office supplies. I also enjoyed the ease of shipping my product right from the store! They have UPS, FedEx and USPS available!

Print services would not print a picture I purchased off Etsy because they thought it had a copyright. It was actually a sellers personal design, she wouldn’t even be able to sell it on Etsy if it wasn’t her design. Manager was so rude and not helpful! Thankfully I printed at Walgreens for 1/4 of the price Office Depot would have charged.

JESSICA and SUSAN are fantastic!! Jess runs a great store. Everything is neat and the service is kind and helpful. I've never seen Jess with anything but a big smile. Susan works in the Print Shop. She always goes wayyyyy beyond to help. She has a positive "can do" attitude. My wife and I genuinely enjoying seeing her working because we know that she will take excellent care of us. I really hope someone Highup in management sees this and can offer some accolades to them. They really are wonderful.

I wanted to share the positive experiences I have had at the Montrose branch recently. Nearly every visit is required to fix a small problem with my home office or to purchase basic office supplies. Oh, and I am always in a hurry on to my next errand or task. The last several visits the store employee I find first is unsure how to solve my problem. Jess, the branch manager is invariably called to help out. I can tell that she is busy with other things, yet every instance she takes the time to sort things out for me. She is always knowledgeable and pleasant as are the other employees involved in my transaction. I appreciate very much this kind of service and it will keep me coming back!
