Yes. The Office Max in Waikele has a wonderful staff. All were nice. Please acknowledge the sales associate that helped me from start to end. Her name was SIERRA- she was awesome! I relied on her to design my stickers on the Avery Labels, and then after she showed me the result, she printed them out for me. Wow! Thank you, thank you, thank you Sierra!!

I’ve been into the Waikele location twice in the past 2 weeks. The store is clean but the customer service is nonexistent. During my first visit when I made a purchase the cashier was adequate but not friendly. Over the two visits I passed no less than 8 employees and never got welcomed into the store or asked if I needed any assistance. I wandered the store and even made eye contact with employees. I won’t be going back.

Fast service and friendly staff. If you are doing a print job there is self service or full service. The document printers are on the wall and have clear instructions. Full service requires you to use a tablet to make an appointment.

Went there yesterday & my first time also, an employee named Jaymi so helpful. Guiding me thru da self service machine bc 1st time using it so I don’t know how. She’s so kind, Definitely coming here more. Good customer service 😀

Have any questions or concerns? Ask Ron the General Manager! I enjoyed my visit especially today. Ron was able to assist me regarding advertisement/discount I did not fully understand. He first listened without any interruption of my frustration. Then he explained thoroughly how things worked. But most of all he was compassionate towards my unsettling feelings. In addition, during my visit, the sales associate and Ron walked the floor, greeting customers with warm salutations and ready to give a helping hand. It’s rare to find excellent service. I’m glad I encountered Ron and his team. Thank you, Ron and your team for being AWESOME and made my shopping more pleasurable! Continue the great work!

Service is always positive here. They have most things I need for my business. I used to do all of my print with them until they changed their requirement to come in person and pay before they print. For a company that caters to business owners you would think that a simple way to pay online would be available but it's not. Other than that everything else is great! I love getting my office, and kids school supplies here.
