Old 218 is a fantastic place to do business with! First, their hats are the most comfortable and well constructed hats that I have had the pleasure of wearing in my 60+ years. Second, they really hit it out of the park with their customer service. I sent them an email this morning asking about a particular style of their hats. Tony replied within an hour providing the information needed. I then followed up 5 hours later and Tony responded within 30 minutes and said my hats would arrive in a couple of days. I don't know what more any customer could ask for. It was my extreme pleasure to have worked with Old 218 and their staff. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality product and top notch service.
