Adam from OmniTel was at our house today and got our internet up and running after I had pinched a cable which caused us to lose our connection. Adam was very personable and did a great job assessing the problem and fixing it. Tammie in customer service was awesome in contacting us to schedule a time for the service appointment. We are very pleased with the quality of service and personnel at OmniTel Communications.

We have been using OmniTel Internet services for about a year and a half and have been very happy with them. From all the installers to a repair person we worked with, we have been completely satisfied. The only time we lost service was when our power blinked briefly, and the router went out. But OmniTel promptly replaced the router and we have had no issues since.

I have been recommending OmniTel to anyone that is in their service area!

Omnitel tech support is usually really helpful and hires nice people. Justin and Garrett came out to replace an Ethernet cable in a buried pipe and did a great job. When Justin was here last week to replace a battery, he went beyond that task to help me figure out we needed a new cable. I asked Omnitel to send him back.

Caleb and Justin installed my internet and phone. They were very accommodating. Where I wanted everything wasn't the most convenient and they did it exactly how I wanted. They worked quickly and made sure I was happy with speed and routers before they left.

I had service with this company for over 10 years. I had some problems with the service a quite a few times but all in all not to bad. I paid the rental fee for routing equipment and then had to leave my apt. suddenly, not returning the router. I think it was 5 month for ten years. so I paid 600 dollars for a router plus 100 a month for service for ten years. You got your money! I also think its bullshit they have no competition in the area. If you want internet in Rockford they are the only game in town.
