We used this internet service for several years. After service worsened we decided to cancel. We thought we had it canceled, but no their representative never closed our account. Our account was still being charged. Customer service tried pressuring into staying, with no offer to refund money. Will not recommend to anyone.

It was good to talk to someone in person about my Internet problem, caused by a storm.

They sent someone out. It was very hot, and he had to work very hard, out in the heat - the problem was outside. Shout out to all the Optimum team!

My bill is on autopay. One day, they decided I owe $200 something when my bill is supposed to be $90. I called about this last week and they canceled the $200, saying I just owe $90. Well, they disconnected my internet today because they say I owe $200. I thought we dealt with this? This is just one problem I’ve had with this company. It’s always something with these guys.

I would give ZERO Stars if it was an option. Although it's fairly east to sign up, I spent 45 minutes on the phone getting it canceled! Very high pressure to give them another name for "whoever might move in when we move out." We are selling our home and the buyer can pick who they want!! He asked "Do you have anyone staying in the house after you go?" That's None of your business, just cancel the service! "Dont you have a name of someone who wants the service or can you tell me where you are moving to?"  No! Just cancel it!!! Seriously, he asked asked so many questions and forced me to listen to at least FOUR promotions/prices just keep them on. The guy literally told me he'd "get in trouble" if I didn’t let him do all of the scripting. I felt sorry for him and told him so. They are forced to do high pressure sales prior to disconnecting service. Optimums internet serve is NOT good in Hot Springs Village Arkansas either. You will have OLD equipment on the street side and very poor speeds. Shame on you Optimum. Do better. You will never get a recommendation from us.  You have the worst customer service I've ever encountered.  Your employees must hate you.

Optimum promised great service at my address.sold me on switching 2 numbers over paid activation fee and taxes, waited 4 days, then switched one phone over only to find out there is no service here. I call optimum and got hung up on 4 times and got different answers from each one on the reason I had no service. Would not give me credit for my lost phone in the meantime. This place is horrible and lie to get you stuck. Update. Well I called retention to cancel because turns out there isn't service in my area after being told that I have great coverage at my address and phone could not provisionThey offered me any free phone and a month of free service and the quickest way is to go to optimum store, pick out any phone you want and the store will take care of it. I told retention that store was over an hour drive. He said he would credit account for gas. I drove to this store today. The store says that customer service and retention lies. And spent 30 min arguing with her manager. They said there was only 1 phone I could get and they were out. Store had no remorse. Just to me to call optimum back. This has been the utmost worst experience I have ever had. So stressful and costed me dearly. I may decide to let attorney general look into this practice.update 2 well had to get return label printed in order to return the phone so I can cancel the line. In the meantime I get a bill for 35.00 on autopay I did not authorize or know about. And no way to remove the autopay. I had a free month of service on the account but apparently does not apply to the payment coming out tomorrow. Call in to get this autopay stopped. Got refused supervisor again. And rep says that is activation. I said I paid activation already. Omg so done with this company. Run around over and over and over. I have probably made 30 calls so far and nothing is done yet. They are supposed to have 60 day guarantee. Haven't seen it...update. the satisfaction guarantee apparently comes with the hidden restocking fee as well. Now I got to cancel my debit card to keep them from autopaying themselves for random fees stuck on autopay. This company is scammy. Beware

Drove to Arkadelphia because we heard they will actually work with you on your bill. Casey and Chris were very helpful, and tried to get us a better deal but we were grandfathered into a better plan. It would be helpful if the direct phone number was published. Can you please provide it?
