I had a couple of great experiences with this company about 3 years ago. They made and hung some nice banners and a big lighted sign, but in the past 6 months I cannot Get anyone to return my calls. I’ve spoken with Office personal and been told that I’ll get a call back and never do. I left a message with their office yesterday morning and was told he was with a customer and he would call back. I never got a call. I called again this morning and was told that Les was so busy that he didn’t have time to call and that I could leave another message and maybe he would call back! I said that that was no way to run a business and the office women appeared to get angry and I said that I would find another sign company and she said that that was fine! They are cheaper than the competition but hard to get ahold of and rarely returns calls. Very bad business model. I’m not begging anyone to work for me! I’ll more for someone that treats their customers like they are important!
