Under promise and over deliver should be Palmetto's motto. We asked for the near impossible, a large custom fabrication of the Angel Oak on Johns Island where we live to hang in an outdoor entertainment center. Their work is awesome but the customer service is stellar! I would give them more than five stars if I could. I saw and item I wanted at a holiday show and forgot to go back and purchase it. I found the website and contacted Brandon. He responded super fast and was so nice and worked with me to get my ornament. Highly recommend.

Service and value provided were excellent! Unlike so many other "custom metal shops", this guy actually does the work and isn't just a marketing middle man or lacking in the tools needed to do something a little special. Turnaround on the job was extremely fast and I was updated on the status at all times. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure I had a quality product. I didn't take any photos, but I can assure you that the product produced was A+ quality. Too bad his Google results didn't pop up nearer the top or I could have saved about 2 hours of calling people who really couldn't do much for me. This will be a pleasant buying experience if you appreciate good work and solid value.

Our daughter and son-in-law worked with Jim to custom make several 12” Tiger Paws to go along the driveway to our house on Lake Keowee and a large one to bolt to the stairway facing the lake. Jim custom made the bracket to mount the large Tiger Paw to the stair brace without drilling into it, while keeping the “one o’clock tilt”.
Folks are already slowing down in their boats to admire and comment on the large Tiger Paw facing the lake.
We will be working with Jim on more projects!
