I have been with the company for less than two months and have already made the transition from a client representative to an account manager. This company provides ample opportunities for growth through merit based non-seniority promotions. The training is very direct and to the point and they ensure you are prepared for any responsibility they give to you. The rest of the staff is very friendly and supportive and makes for a wonderful company culture. I worked with palm state for about 4 months unfortunately because of family i had to move but i had a great experience. It really brought me out of my comfort zone never saw my self doing Business to consumer. The manager at palm state helped me develop as a business person. I got so much in experience in marketing and leadership from the jump. It was challenging at first but all the resources were there to succeed, it was just up to me to utilize them.

I’ve been working with PalmState for a few months now, and a day in this business is like a month in some of my past jobs. As I learn more and more every time I clock in, I am excited to show up the next day. I didn’t come from tons of experience, so I am estactic to develop my skills daily. I’ve been an employee of Palmstate Consulting for nearly 2 months and have noticed improvement in my problem solving skills, public speaking, time management, and overall professionalism.
