Absolutely awesome technician. Fantastic customer service. Set up was quick (previous owners did have service though). I don’t expect everyone to like pitbulls and my tech said he didn’t like big dogs I understand this 100%. My dog doesn’t look (or sound) friendly at so he was put away before the tech even arrived. My dog Po was being super loud and the tech saw me struggling to keep everyone quiet and manageable and said I could let him out. This is the first time any technician has ever done that for me. I’m also a service tech so I know how stressful big dogs can be. The tech became friends with Po pretty quick. After set up and paper work I knocked a glass over onto his bag and he just moved it and said it was okay. He then helped me clean it up and said my hands were full because I had a baby in my arms. This is the kind of technician that you want on your team, cool under pressure, able to adapt, aware of the situation and phenomenal customer service. If he wants to switch to residential trades send him my way! We’ll take him LOL!

I called about service and you guys want $90 for 100mbps? Windstream is only $69.99 for 1GIG (1000 mbps). What a disgraceful price for locals. What a ripoff, on top of this your customer service is a joke and a disgrace.

Plenty of free wall space but one $60 option to purchase a mouse.
Very nice customer service though for other questions
To answer the monopoly guy below.. that's how it is everywhere in the u.s. and if you really try you can find other options but they probably won't be as good

I have plenty of time to write a review (during my working hours) because I am waiting out another of the average 4-6 outages I experience PER DAY. This service is ok for entertainment (as long as you don’t want to stream movies or tv shows) but is not acceptable for work use with a secure connection. I’m apparently stuck in an area outside of the boundaries for fiber, even though neighbors within a mile on my road do have access to fiber. Attempts to learn more about the approval process and whether I can plead or pay for a change to the boundary (so that I can effectively work from home and be near my very ill husband) have been rudely brushed off. Promised call-backs have never been received. Please learn from my hard experience and very carefully check exactly what types of service are available before purchasing a home in Panora Telco territory.
