We purchased a lit sign and this is the finished product. The sign looks good but there are some issues that this company would not resolve. We agreed to a sealed lit sign but didn’t quite get that. There is a exposed wire running from the top of the sign to the bottom and the sign was not made sealed. Our biggest disappointment is that our lit sign has no visibility at night and that’s the whole point of having a lit sign. trying to resolve this issue with management was unsuccessful. They did apologize and told us that they thought it would be enough lighting in our shopping center. They offered two resolutions. 1st was to make a completely new sign at our cost. 2nd option would be to add overhead lightning also at our cost. The first option would cost over $7,000 and the 2nd option $2,000+. The staff was very nice and i do feel like they have the ability to do great work however We are disappointed and didn’t get what we paid for.
