We are at the Westwind RV Park
The Internet here is very poor at its best.
The internet seems to be off line more then it is on. Evenings 1900hrs 2330hrs
The internet is almost non existent.
Make your internet requirements between the mentioned times.
Have talked to many other users in the park and the consensus is the internet being either hard wire or WIFI and electrical is just poor.

The customer service is really poor and the install took nearly 4 hours (think the tech went to lunch in the middle of it). Unfortunately it is the only option I have currently for internet where I am located so I'm stuck.

We had their internet service during our 3 month stay in an rv park. The wifi was spotty at best. Pretty bad when the Google nest couldn't connect to the internet while positioned on the counter next to their router.
A couple of messages were left at their office for support that were never replied to.
At the end of our stay, we are departing on a Sunday. Had to deliver the router to their office on Friday because they are closed on weekends without a secure drop box area to leave it on the departure day.
Very frustrating poor service, would never recommend this company!!

Just went back in time! We returned our modem and expected a credit on our credit card ($25 is needed for the modem at the beginning of service). But they could not do this. They had no explanation. So received cash back in mostly coin? And a $2 credit? I would say we will go with someone else next time. Terrible!!!

I’ve had this service years and I pray for a better service to be available in the park I live in. I feel fortunate on the days I can watch Netflix which is most of the time I’m not able to do too slow speed. During certain times of the day I cannot even log into the Internet because the signal drops because of too many people being on the bandwidth. I have to choose between my Apple Watch, my iPad, my TV, or my roku as to which one I want to use Because I don’t have enough download speed and I pay $40 a month for this crummy service

Took them 10 days to send an email acknowledging my request for service. Email said they would call me on Monday. Two weeks later I still haven't heard from them.
