We've dealt with a number of Amazon agencies over the years -- Palmetto is the best. Their attention to detail is phenomenal -- their ability to generate and deliver results are off the scale -- their willingness to actually care what happens and too talk with you is unprecedented in these times where most pretend to care about you in getting your business, and then essentially later ignore you. Palmetto is large enough to deliver what and when they promise, yet small enough to be quick to respond and agile in recommending changes to improve the results. PMDG is awesome! I work for a non-profit called CUPS Mission, and they did a very excellent job helping us set up our Amazon Storefront and Amazon Seller Central. We were desiring to sell our fair trade bags that the rescued girls in our program on Amazon to grow our outreach, and we were stumped. We couldn't figure out what we needed to do to solve this problem.

We discovered PDMG, they were very kind and knowledgable, and helped us be able to do all the necessary work to set up for everything for Amazon. They set up our storefront, helped us with all the words in our listings, gave us advice, and did all the difficult necessary things to help get it all set up.
