I had a leaky faucet in my kitchen that ran down to my basement storeroom and the closet floor in a finished bedroom. At the same time my water heater was leaking in a different storeroom. When I discovered it I immediately called Performance Restoration and Billy and Shaun were at my house in less than an hour! They took photos of the water damage and got to work pulling wet insulation from the exterior wall of the storeroom and the carpet in the closet in the next room. They set up dehumidifiers and fans and came back daily to check to see how well things were drying and removing equipment as it dried. They are both so friendly and explained everything they were doing. I truly appreciated their professionalism and honesty, and getting my home back to normal! I felt well taken care of!
