Expedited efficient and pleasant service. I walked in and was taken care right away. If you are on a rush and they are not busy then this is your place to get any embroidered items done! I got what I wanted but I had to pay a rush fee in my order, which I don’t think it was bad. Mark, Angela and the team at Personalize It were incredible to work with. We sell promotional products and we had a problem with a factory that shipped the wrong jackets. We had to reorder them and Personalize It had to wait for the new jackets and rush the embroidery. On top of that, Mark came in on a Saturday so a courier could pick up the order.
