We had an INCREDIBLY positive experience! We had a tight deadline for a project and not only did PIP make the deadline but also the customer service and the quality of the product far exceeded our expectations, all while meeting our price point. The backdrop was very easy to assemble and Jill was incredibly helpful in pulling everything together for the project. I had originally assumed I would use an online sign service and I'm so glad that I didn't. I highly recommend PIP!
