I've used Pixel Film Studios plugins for many years now and I absolutely LOVE their digital products. Recently I upgraded to a Mac with the M1 chip and some of my older apps no longer worked. For some, they already had updated versions that were always free to upgrade. But for the older, obsolete ones, I failed to remove them from my system. This caused my Motion5 software to crash. I was able to live chat with a rep name Chloe and she was AMAZING. Sent me tons of screenshots navigating me through every folder structure and process so I could removed the obsolete files. She was super patient with me all the way through. Even when that solution didn't solve my problem she quickly identified the actual problem and showed me all possible fixes for getting my software working. AND IT WORKED!!! This is a 5 star company with 5 star employees. I highly recommend Pixel Film Studios. (I shouldn't be giving away my winning secrets but they deserve it).

I was given a chance to express my situation i had with the plug in i recently installed. The representative helped my to download the PFS app to properly download plug-ins. But I am a little old fashioned any like to speak through a phone call. But I was still able to get my point across through the chat option. Thank you.

I've been using Pixel's products over 2 years now and all I have to say that it has elevated my production to a more professional status compared to when I first started without it. The only thing I hope they can offer is more detailed tutorials on products like Auto Tracking, Photo Pan and Zoom, Auto tracker perspective, and FCPX Path Generator plug ins. Besides all that, I highly recommend their products. It will enhance your production!

products are fantastic and have been using them for many years. Haven't used them i a while and it looks like the really beefed up their offering. However i will say the only draw back was the download experience. The customer service advocate did walk me through and was very patient.

Pixel Film Studios is Awesome! The only thing that's making my rating NOT 5 Star is the Frequent Red Screen problem that I experience. ESPECIALLY if this Red Screen thing happens during the WEEKEND! You're only able to talk to a BOT which doesn't help me much. I WISH Customer Service was 24/7 and ALWAYS Open in the Weekend. Other than that the Plug-ins are awesome when They are all working

I got the Transfreeze Plug-ins. They are pretty cool. These are great for music videos. They were easy to install. So far it's working good, except the scrape transitions are getting the red error. The rest of them are working ok.

Have loads of their plugins and some are really awesome and fantastic value for money. I use them on a daily basis from text animations to transitions. Support is good generally and instant when they are open. The installer is rubbish and doesn't work still even though a new version came out in July 22. It would be great of this could be resolved then Id give 5 stars.
