My father passed January 18th and we started preparations immediately since my father always taught us to be ahead of schedule. My fathers burial is scheduled for February 3rd.

My sister reached out to platinum recognition during this difficult time for the engraving part of the burial. The women my sister dealt with chose this difficult time to create a obstacle for us, which is fine we adjusted. Whoever the women is that chose to make things difficult and say to my sister "all set" when my sister worked all weekend to get in contact with you and answer your request as soon as possible. Communication is key and keeping in touch is important in business, maybe you are not ready to handle such volume so let your potential customers know of this. may you learn from this experience and treat people kindly. You have no idea what your customer is going through and being a good person will always come before business. May your next customers get better treatment in their time of need. Bless you all.
