Store manager, Marco, is amazing. I have shopped at this location since they opened and have seen a change in customer service since he’s taken over. Today he assisted me with a balloon order (I didn’t know he was the store owner until I asked). I went in looking for a specific color and design. Instead of immediately telling me they didn’t have one, they took me to multiple balloon areas and did everything they could to assist with my special request. I’d highly recommend visiting this location and supporting the business. He genuinely cares about his staff and customers.

We had the best experience for my daughter’s birthday. She picked out some party plates and napkins then when we got to the checkout we saw that they had helium balloons! Eddie, the manager was so helpful making the birthday balloon bouquet of her dreams!

Popshelf stores are great...I frequent another store, but I was in this area. I was combining errands, and while I was very early, decided to wait as it was important, just needed a gift card. So checked website... 9:00 am it said.
Door said 10:00. What to believe? Employees in store, so knocked at 9:00. Website wrong.
Why are retail stores so lax about giving out valid website information? Is this difficult to change? I will avoid this store. Luckily, another one with proper information!

I’d give a zero for the fact that the workers made me, my fiance n my cousin extremely uncomfortable by instantly following us around when we walked in. We couldn’t look at things for longer than 5 minutes without them popping up out of no where and making sure we had everything we were carrying everytime. It was disgusting. Coming from all three of us who have worked in retail, one of us who still does, it was just appalling and shocking to say the least. I would have put everything I bought back if I wasn’t shopping for a purpose. Not to mention, when they weren’t following us, they were standing at the counter just aggressively staring at us. When we went to check out, the immediately ran up and asked if we were scanning everything correctly, then proceeded to grab the screen and turn it to make sure we were scanning our items correctly. Absolutely feral and out of control with their power, you take your job way too seriously to go to the extent to make your customers/consumers feel like they ARENT WELCOME. Profiling is one thing but proceeding to profile after we are PAYING is beyond me. Grow up and do better! Will definitely never be returning.

First time being here and it was a negative experience. I walked in with my MIL and my kids at 8pm. As soon as I walk in the door, the manager says “you know we close at 9pm. So you have a little bit of time.” First of all, an hour is more than a “little bit” of time. I took my kids to go buy a toy and the other employee there was literally hovering around behind us rearranging everything my kids and I would touch. Like we couldn’t even look at anything in PEACE because the girl was following us around in there. My MIL had to use the bathroom and they had it locked and didn’t even open it so she could go. By that point we must have only been about 15 min in the store. It was about 8:23 when we left, but we literally felt RUSHED to get out of there. When I got in my car I saw the manager come to the front door and look like she wanted to lock the door when another customer wanted to walk in and she let her. I have worked in retail and I understand the stores close at a certain hour and every employee needs to be out. Now, any decent person reads the hours on the door and respects that, which I DID before even entering the store. Anyway, I have never felt so annoyed like I did here. Especially with an employee “babysitting” you while you are there trying to look around.
