I was really surprised to see the amount of negative reviews. I ordered a poster literally less than a week ago and it has already arrived in perfect condition. I used to have this exact same poster growing up and I’m excited to have it again now that I’m older. The only issue I faces throughout the entire ordering process was that I could not track the shipping progress. It said that my email was associated with an account but there was not a password created so I tried resetting it with the forgot password option. I never got the reset password to my email but I am beyond pleased with the quality of this poster.

After placing my order, I came to read the google reviews and my heart dropped when I saw how many people complained about not receiving items or getting them months later. I’m writing this review because I received my poster a week after placing my order and it was in perfect quality. Sorry to everyone else who didn’t get their posters, but not every order is the the same.

This place is a joke. I returned merchandise as they said (return to sender) which of course does not have any tracking number. I have emailed them several times with no response and also tried to call with mailbox being full. I guess I am out of $37 dollars. But I will be reporting them to Better Business Bueau.

I bought a poster over 2 weeks ago and they sent me a confirmation email, and an email that says 'we made an account for you so you can track your package', but I couldn't change the password. When I tried to make a new account, I couldn't because my email was already associated with an account. (Not to mention I kept getting emails sent to me about laser hair removal after the purchase). I let it go and figured it would show up randomly. The poster came, and despite my order paper being with the poster, they gave me the wrong poster. I have sent out 3 tickets over the website to reach them. Nothing. My boyfriend has reached out over the website. Nothing. I tried calling them. Office is closed, but you can leave a voicemail with your name and number. Scratch that, you can't leave a voice mail because their voicemail is full and is no longer accepting any. If you already fell victim before reading the reviews like I did, go through the hassle and dispute it with the bank. Better than dealing with this shitty company.

I ordered a poster on Dec. 10 and still haven't received it, not able to track it or anything. What's makes me more upset is that's my lil buddy won't get his Christmas present even though I ordered it weeks ago. I do not recommend this website

This store appears to be a scam. The framed poster we purchased was damaged and of very inferior quality. The seller never responded to multiple voice messages. The seller's live chat function did not work. We submitted a text as well with pictures of the defective product, and received no response. We eventually had to submit the transaction to our credit card company for resolution. Buyer beware.

Definitely not a great experience. The first two times I received the framed poster I ordered, it arrived damaged. To their credit, they gave me no issues sending it out a second time. However, the third time (since it arrived damaged the second time as well) they sent it without the frame entirely. I called to complain and the man that answered their customer service line this time was VERY apologetic that it was sent without a frame and said he didn’t know why it was sent that way and that he would be sure it would be made right and they would get another one out to me. He even seemed to know exactly who I was when I mentioned the poster (it was a Sopranos poster), and I got the feeling like he was someone higher up in management but perhaps this assertion is incorrect on my end. I know this was the first time he answered the phone when I personally called because it was never a man’s voice in the past.

I waited about 2.5 weeks and when no poster showed up, I called again today. The woman on the phone this time said they don’t know who I spoke with before but because I was already sent the poster out 3 times, there was nothing they could do except refund entirely. I again stated that the third time it was sent, it was sent without the frame and she claimed that is what they intended to do since the frame is what kept getting damaged. If I paid for a framed poster and the frame arrived damaged twice, why would I want just a regular poster I have to frame myself for the price of the framed poster I paid for? Framing is a hassle and this is why I paid for a framed poster. I get that it may not be their fault that the poster is being damaged in transit but it doesn’t seem like their left hand knows what the right hand is doing. If you are told it will be sent out again, it’s a huge failure on a customer service end for that never to happen.

I don’t understand why the customer service rep today had no record of the phone call I had with the previous man who was very apologetic about them sending me out an unframed poster, and essentially it was like that call never happened. I do wish I took down his name because although he was incredibly friendly on the phone, evidently he and the woman I spoke with today are giving out contradictory information.

I’d skip buying from this company if I were you. I’ll give them two stars since they didn’t fight me on giving me a refund but it’s been a headache all the way around. However, I will be closely checking my credit card account to ensure I receive a full refund since apparently this company will tell you one thing on the phone but then fail to follow through on it entirely. It’s a shame too because I really liked the poster and would have probably ordered more but something w/ this company is amiss.
