This place is garbage. They will bundle up your bills for 3 months and shut your internet off. They will randomly shut off your service then charge you a reconnect fee. Inconsistent bills. This place is a mess. If I had any other option for internet I would bc this place is that bad. They hang up on you they don’t want to answer your question. When you go in to pay a bill they give you mad attitude. Great way to keep customers. Do not waste your money here.

Dawn is very rude and not sure why she still works there! My whole family has ran into problems with her being very unprofessional and they too have made comments she’s always rude. I moved back to Iowa and had them set up my WiFi yesterday. I’ve been having problems with it connecting already. So I called and Dawn answered and I told her what was going on on. It’s September 30th I had my wifi set up yesterday. I made the comment and (I wish I never did) “If I’m paying for the month for only two days than I expect my WiFi to work and would like it fixed.” She went on and on about how I’m wrong and explained how the budgeting went. I finally had to change topics by saying “so umm can you transfer me to someone who’s going to fix my Wi-Fi that’s not what I was calling for I’m well aware on the bill I just want my wifi to work” than she finally transfers me to someone very kind Michelle and she reached out to help me. Dawn than sent me an email explaining AGAIN on how the money went when I did not ask for another explanation. She’s great at arguing and she stresses me out every time I have to call.

I am very suprised by other reviewers. I have always been treated with respect and have only talked to nice and helpful customer service. The only time I had a problem was when I spoke to someone after regular business hours. It was clear she was new and was going through a troubleshooting script that did not really fit my issue. I was on the phone with her for over an hour and still had to call the next day. Daytime person knew exactly what had happened and fixed the problem immediately!

I've had Premier Communications ever since they have been Premier Communications in Le Mars. I LOVE this service. The speeds are incredible!!! I personally have their 150 meg service and i'm in LOVE with it. As a Computer Tech who every day has to download gigabytes worth of updates and application on multiple customer machines, time is money and at a speed of 150 megs it saves me a LOT of time. Can't recommend this service enough.

Premier buried fiber to our house. Cutting thru the power line to our garage. Been 8 weeks not fixed. They hired outside contractors I must contact them not Premier problem

Anytime you have to call and talk to one of the ladies that work there you are treated rudely and usually hung up on without so much as a "bye." The price has continually gone up over the course of the year even though we are supposedly locked in at a price which apparently means we can't leave without paying a fee but they are allowed to shove as many taxes and fees on the cost as possible. I will never recommend premier communications and I have canceled as of today. They need to hire new receptionists or at least train the ones they have in customer relations.

Was going to switch from Frontier to Premier, NOPE! the two ladies working in the LeMars office were very rude acting like i needed them more than they needed me...customer service means something to me anyway...ill pay the extra money @ Frontier.
